Question: Can I form a Charitable Trust with thousands of members . For best suggestion i shall send a surprize gift .?

I am interested to form a charitable trust which will be aglobal organisation . Can I register it under trust act . if i register it under the act , can thousand members be involved in the trust / i need this answer to start anoble organisation .

Question: Can a corporation contribute to charitable trust.?

I’d like to donate a real estate asset to a charitable trust, is that possible.

Answer: A corporation is a legal person and may do any act not specifically prohibited by law. A corporation may donate the same as any other person with some specific exceptions related to elections in some states.

You say "I'd like to donate...". If you use the corporation to act as you individually you are creating proof that it is a sham corporation and a creditor can attack the corporate veil. Make sure that you have properly documented resolutions to support the donation.
