Question: Would the bank be able to cancel this if i told them to?

filled up a form that I have to pay this amount by this date, would i be in trouble if i didnt pay?

also would the bank call me and ask me if im going to allow them to take this money off my account?

if you had to ask its a charity for wildlife, but i just thought about it and i dont even know where they really use the money so, its just i dont trust them that much.
i dont know about any routing number, just my bsb number and account number, im not sure if its a bank draft coz i lost a copy of the fricken thing.

just basic info on what date i will pay etc.. birthdate.. but i had to sign it.

i dont even know how to reach them coz like i said i lost their contact,
i am legally fcked up lol

Answer: What sort of form did you fill out? Was it for an automatic bank draft where you gave them your routing number and account number, or was it just a pledge form? If it's just a pledge form, disregard it and do nothing.

If it was for an automatic draft, you need to contact the charity in question and try to cancel your obligation. You could also talk to your bank about refusing the payment, but you may face legal problems along the way.

Getting Donations From Walmart

Getting Donations From Walmart
Getting Donations From Walmart

Question: Bill+Missiles+Donations+ Permanent MFN + Hillary+Walmart Board = China Destroys the US?

Are Bill and Hillary trying to help China to destroy the US?

Let’s take a look at FACTS:

Bill got a ton of “campaign” money from Chinese sources.
Bill let the Chinese sleep in the Lincoln Room.
Bill gave Permanent MFN to China — something few Dems supported (Why would Bill betray his own party?)
Bill was in charge when China “stole” our very best missile guidance system. (Or did he give it to them?)

Hillary was on Walmart’s board of directors.
Walmart has teamed up in a way that has destroyed millions of American jobs.
China tried to buy a US oil company (Unocal). The Republican Congress put a stop to that!

I’m not saying that Bush is against China. But, he’s not running for president. My concern is that Hillary and Bill would gladly sell America to China for enough money in their own pockets.

Are Bill and Hillary helping China to destroy the US?

Answer: All of your accusations don't add up to a hill of beans without proof.
I don't see any facts without anything to back it up.

Charitable Giving Down 2009

Make Upgrades

If you were thinking about making energy efficient upgrades to your home, you may want to do so before the New Year. The deductions and credits available for energy efficient home upgrades are larger this year than they were in 2008, and it is unknown if Congress will extend or decrease those credits for 2010.

Give Now

During the holiday season, most of us feel more charitable then usual, with toy drives for underprivileged children and Santa Clauses asking for donations on every street corner. However, this time of the year is also the last time you can make a charitable donation and deduct the amount from your 2009 taxable income. Be sure to take a minute to look over your donation receipts from this year so far to see if you making a few extra donations will significantly reduce your tax liability or not.

Make 529 Contributions

If you have children, then you might want to consider opening a 529 plan, or if you already have one setup then you could max out your contributions. There are two different types of 529 plans, but both have significant tax benefits. Using any extra funds you have at the end of the year to help pay for future college bills is a great, and tax friendly way to prepare for the future.

Offset Large Capital Gains

If you had a high amount of capital gains related income, then you may want to offset your profits by selling off a few bad investments or stocks. You can then claim a capital loss and reduce your taxable income. However, keep in mind there is a $3,000 limit—but the rest can be carried forward into future tax years. Alternatively, you can offset your losers by selling off some winners. If you are not experienced with capital gains and losses, then I highly recommend seeking the help of a qualified professional.

Non-Charitable Gifts

It is the season of giving, right? In addition to charitable contributions you can also give up to $12,000 ($24,000 for a married couple) to as many individuals as you wish without incurring a gift tax penalty.

Get in Order

With the New Year just around the corner, it is never too early to begin getting your financial records organized for next tax season. By knowing exactly how much money you have made this year, and projecting your total taxable income for the end of the year, you can decide if you need to take any actions concerning income and expenses to further lower your tax liability or not. You can also throw away any files that are old or unnecessary, and create a new folder in your filing cabinet for 2010.

Adjust Withholdings

If after reviewing your taxable income, you realize that your tax bill will be higher than you had expected, now is your last chance to have your employer adjust your withholdings. It will mean less cash in your remaining paychecks for the year, but at least you will not be hit with a massive tax bill come April. On the other hand, if you have overpaid your taxes throughout the year then you could lower your withholdings and get a little extra holiday cash.

Prepay Mortgage and Taxes

If you are looking for ways to increase deductions and lower your taxable income, then you can always prepay your next mortgage payment, or pay your property taxes early. Just remember though that this means you will have one less mortgage payment to make next year, which will result in a higher tax bill in April 2011.

Retirement Payments

If you have not contributed the maximum to your 401(k) or another tax friendly retirement account, then you want to do so before the years end. This will help lower your taxable income, and is also a good investment in your future.

Question: what is meant by transfer pricing tax strategy?

its an accounting related matter. I guess the question would be what sort of tax planning and tax strategies can be utilized with regards to transfer pricing. or vice versa.

Answer: This is an international tax issue. It comes into play when a factory in one country produces a product that will then be used in producing a final product made in another country. (i.e. The product is a Yo-Yo. The string is produced by 123 Corp, a subsidiary of XYZ International in Japan. It is then shipped to ABC Inc, another subsidiary, in the US where it is added to the yo-yo. Since the product is crossing borders, and each subsidiary has different tax issues, Japan and US, the "price" 123 charges ABC must have "economic effect". The transfer price calculation is very complex. Many accountants have made careers out of this section of the revenue code.
The main strategy is to price the product so that the tax will be minimized in both countries. Unfortunately, to answer this question here would require too much space and too much time.
